Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please Note: Babes Raising Babes Boutique does not offer price adjustments on orders after they have been placed.

How do I return?

  • Visit our returns center

  • Enter your order number and email address

  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return as well as your return reason

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How does COVID-19 Impact Returns?

  • Please note that due to COVID-19, we are allowing returns to sit for a few days prior to handling. So any refunds or exchanges may take longer than normal.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 7 days from the date your order is received

  • In unused and resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

Please Note: Not all items purchased are eligible for returns.

The following items are ineligible:

  • Items discounted at 30% or higher.

  • All items marked "(Sale)" or "Final Sale" (This includes all items that are listed/purchased from our sale page.)

  • Gift Cards

  • For hygienic reasons, these items are "Final Sale"

    • Washed or Worn items

    • Jewelry

    • Swimwear

    • Sports Bras

    • Items for your head (hats, beanies, headbands etc.)

    • Bralettes, Panties and Lingerie Sets

    • Other similar intimate items

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 3 days of the delivered date. Please email a clear image of the product in question to support@babesraisingbabesboutique.com. Please note that the actual time of delivery will be checked and verified through our carrier's tracking system. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted. Please use scissors to remove all tags. We recommend NOT using scissors to open your packages as items that are accidentally cut will not be refunded. If the item is damaged, let us know if you'd prefer us to ship you a new product (if available) or refund your original payment method.

Can the items be exchanged?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What are the refund options?

First and foremost we want our customers to be happy! In the event you should find yourself in need of returning an eligible item, please review the following very carefully:

In an effort to keep our prices as low and competitive as possible, all qualified returns will be issued store credit (in the form of a gift card) only.

The following refund options are supported:

  • Original Payment Method (only in the case of damaged or lost item)

  • Refund to Store Credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost incurred for return shipment is the responsibility of the sender. 

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 business days after approval.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once an item is marked as delivered Babes Raising Babes Boutique is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will happily supply you with any tracking information in order for you to submit a claim with the U.S. Postal Service or responsible carrier. We will happily work with you to resubmit an order after sending us a copy of you filed reports.

Any packages returned as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer's expense.
